Im 13 years old and live in a group home I was put here by a lady from children aid. and I want to go home.
I have been here for 6 weeks and have only got to see my mother once, when I seen her she was crying and sad because I was taken away.
my mother is not a bad mother the lady that took me said she needed help because she had a hard time taking care of me. she came to my school one day and took me to McDonalds then took me to get some new jeans, I may be only 13 but im not stupid I know she was trying to get me to say that my mother was mean to me and thats not true. she ask if my mother hit me I said that she has slaped me but its because I swore at her. now I feel like im being punished because of something I did. if I didnt swear would I be here. I just want to go home.
they will not let me call my mom and I know she has called here because i heard them tell her not to call here any more or the will call the police. when i went to see her at the visiting place they said she never came but i seen her car in the parking lot. i know they are lieing to me. and they are lieing to the police to.
I miss my mom and my dog. please let me go home

Stacy I removed your last and your email name because I know that the CAS watches this board.
if they catch you they will try to keep you awqay from the computers in your school. I have your email I will write to you and pass along messeges to your mom
I know at 13 you know your home number pass it back to me in an email and ill call your mom and give her your email address.
be carfule not to let anyone see you emailing or posting.
and dont talk to anyone from the CAS unless you have a Lawyer with you, if you dont have a lawyer yet tell them you want one now.

if there is anyone other kids that want to post messeges to there folks let me know. Ill sett up a private email server for you and call your parents and give them the email addresses.
the thing is the CAS is trying to pump lies into your head or spin the truth so you go against you mom and dads dont let them mislead you.

When we lived by a group home here in Brantford you would not believe how many of them that came to our home asking to use our phone to talk to their parents we would let them use the phone but then we were being watched by the police and the CAS we had to stop so once and a while we got notes in our mail box to be deleivered because we could not use our phone because it was now tapped.

Dear Stacy,
Deans a good person and will do anything to help you with your situation. Please remember your not alone in this and he and others will help as much as they can. You did nothing wrong, it's the CAS. Hold your ground and keep being as smart as you are because you will need to be careful when it comes to the CAS and school. Reaching out for help is the first step. Take care and good luck. DC

To the one with the tapped phone - they can not tap your phone without a court order.
I would suggest that you write to the chief of Police that you have a security concern and that you think your phone is tapped. As well change your phove provider , etc. and get a disposable cell phone - the one of the pay as you go type .....

using flamer phones is a great idiea you can change up numbers on them almost daily. lol I was not always a good boy by any means

My Wife and I have moved to a safer place for now from the CAS until our court date on May 1st for trying to protect my family I slipped up when I found out when a worker sexually assaulted our daughter but when the court case is done we will be moving to a safer location probably with my uncle over in Europe

That's only true if you're conducting "legal" surveillance. If you're conducting "illegal" surveillance, then you aren't going to seek a court order. Which, by the way, is the difference between legal and illegal wiretap.
Electronic eavesdropping of any sort is illegal in Canada. The Criminal Code forbids the interception of communications. This includes all manner of communications, and most especially mail.
People seem to think that information gathered from illegal wiretap can't be used in court. That is wrong. You can use any information you have, if there is no question as to how you came to be in possession of the information. Of course, if you have a good lawyer, there will always be a question.

We been in this for 15 years so do not worry about us lets get back to the start of this story and see if we can find someone to get her home. Stacy as ? said Dean and the rest on here have excellent info so keep us in touch if you can and hopefully you well be going home.

Your are being punished. But kid, They got their finger pointed at the wrong person. They do that. The only person you should talk to is Dean, and your mom. When a worker comes to talk to you. Just stand there and look them in the eyes. And don't say a word. Just stare at them don't say a word. ( I find this stops them trying to fish for information. Stay in contact with your mom no matter what.
Un-fortunately things are a little backwards at the moment. The system hurts us, not helps us. We are working on it.
Thank you for speaking out. Maybe your example can show those in power what the word brave means.
You knows things are in a sad state when children have to post in a forum begging for help.
Our Government are just heartless monsters.
Their kids are dying and posting forums asking for help...

Well heres the update.
I talked to the mother last night and her daughter is to be placed back in her care this week.
It seem that her Ex-boyfriend is a cop with a grudge, the CAS became involved with this family after she dumped him for being an over agresive Goof.
The funny part of this story is this ladies brother is a lawyer, When her and her brother went to the Office to file the plan of care yesterday the Cas decided it was in the best interest of the child to be reunited with her mother and the case closed,
Im assuming that they figured that this was a family bond that could not be broken.
Im going to say this again. if you stand your ground dont take shit from this bunch of idiots they will back down, the public is becoming more aware of how they minipulate the law and how moraly incorect this society really is,
Note to CAS
Your time is coming quit withch hunting and start defending the kids that really need protection. its only a matter of time till we open all your records to the public eye.
Bizzi the best way to hurt a rich person is to take there money and exspose there evils to the general public.

Yep. And that is what is happening.
I am glad she is going home. Foster care is no place for a little girl or little boy... or anyone really....
A cop with a grudge? Not surprising. Seems to be quite common.
Just like calling an innocent mother a murder... perhaps if the cops did their jobs instead of convicting that lady and took a non judgmental position... that might not have happened.
Never mind, I keep forgetting it's the upper-classes job to pass judgment on us or our children. My bad.

I can't help but wonder what the out come of this young girls life would have been had her uncle not been a lawyer? Like so many I'm sure she would have been held against her will...  ....Sad Society... ...Glad the out come was in this families favour...... Maybe Stacey will study hard and follow in her uncles foot steps to fight for other children who need it.......
