We need a clarification. There are many Tim Horton's in Brantford, one at 164 Colborne Street West, about 1.5 km southwest of CAS. Is that the place you mean?

Hey this is mac's wife, he asked me to let you know. That the Tim Horton's on Colborne St. E is the meeting place. The place to meet mac is at Victoria park. The protest that is too take place is to be a peaceful one. The reason for the rally is too let all know that the parents are suffering too. As well this is too support all parents here in Brantford.

The Tim Horton's website gives another location, even further from downtown than the one I mentioned before, 1.82 km away: Tim Hortons 648 Colborne St Brantford,ON N3S 3P8 CA Tel: (519) 753-6264 1.82 kilometers
That is just east of Puleston Street. Is that the proper meeting place?

Yes that is the one that I was told by Dean and others that this was the one they want to meet at but I will be at Victoria Park which is on Willington and George if anybody wants to meet me there. I think there is someone that is going to that Tim Horton to bring everyone to the Park

I can not wait to the rally. I was asked by the many people in brant if levac will be out to speak I said I hope so. as stated before the FCP flatform will.. whereas - Government obligations Government has a fundamental obligation to protect and promote the well being of the family and family members through measures of political, economic, social and juridical character, which aim at consolidating the unity and stability of the family whereas - Children and Family Services The Family Coalition will limit the power of Children and Family Services (old CAS) and have their powers fall under the principles of fundamental justice. Due process, innocent until proven guilty, substantiated evidence, the right to face your accusers are some of the principles that must be re-established. whereas - Training Require child protective services workers to be trained in their duty to protect the statutory and constitutional rights of those they are investigating. whereas - Requirement to advise Require child protective services personnel to advise individuals subject to a child abuse and neglect investigation of the complaint or allegation made against them whereas - Citizen Review Panels Require "Citizen Review Panels" to provide for public outreach and comment in order to assess the impact of current procedures and practices upon children and families in the community and in order to meet its obligations.
I spoke to a supervisor from a cas run center and she was questioning what will happen at our rally. I answered by saying" this should be a no holds barred sort of thing"
If I can help in any way let me know

CAS will never make sense to me |

I was saddened that I couldn't be at the rally, I was looking forward to being their and showing my support, but cas had their way again and we were in court..what a joke they put it off yet again...20th we are back in court again.
But I wanted to know how the rally went, and what the reaction was from the CAS if any.....Hope it went well..
