I sit here thinking am I that bad of a person and father and I answer myself hell no. (don't tell anyone OK) I have been fighting cas for two years for my son. Tomorrow afternoon its decision time as it relates to summary judgment. The judge could return my son or award crown wardship but he could also put it over to trial. If I have another cup of tea ill burst.
No matter what he decides I love my son please say a prayer for all children trapped in this illegal financial money making scam our government calls CFSA.

I will say a Prayer for you tonight. and for all the Children too.

Trial by Jury is the best solution. Federal Courts are good too to hold CAS Accountable for their actions.

Just a thought. and keep on fighting and never give up.

I am so sorry for you, this has to be painful and heartwrenching, I am loss for words. I will keep you and your Family in my prayers. Keep fighting, it is not yet over, there are always appeals. I keep praying for many Children lost in the crossfire. Love never can be broken, it will always find its way back to you. It always does. God promises that he will return all the children back to their rightful parents. On when? I do not know about that, but promise is a promise. That day will come to a recokening. and CAS will pay for it.

Keep your chin up, and keep on fighting. It is the right thing to do for your Child. Your Child is worth it. Get your messages across and be heard around the nation.

Our case is a strange one with the CAS they have our youngest daughter as a crown ward but they are still allowing visitations ? The lawyer has never heard of this being done. So we are going to need some help on getting a law suit against this worker started and we want to expose every lie this worker has made against us we have everything from all the councilors that proves that our daughter was never in any harm right up to the point when this worker made up this BS story. So where do we start filing the paper work.

That is true, there are no trial by jury for Juvenile Courts but if you ask the Court you WANT a Trial by jury and have it held. However, I do not know the Court Laws. I wished I did know more about it. I only know about Family Courts with Custody and Divorce and mostly Criminal Courts. I do not know and not familiar with Appeals because I never went to Court for it. Just one time in Criminal Courts, and that case was dismissed and thrown out by a Judge.
