www.tpac.ca/That website put me in contact with Parkside Community Legal Services (I believe). They have a "Booklet to Sue Police" that is extrememly helpful and can be adapted so that it could be used to sue a CAS worker as well.

That's an interesting idea. To make a complaint against the Police would be through Ontario Civilian Police Services.
There is another way, which is to make a complaint with CAS Committe Review Panel, through Appeal Process. They even gave me a pamphlet how to make a complaint through CAS. I don't trust doing the complaint with the very same agency. I would rather make a complaint with AN INDEPENDENT Agency that is not associated to CAS because it would become unbiased decision soley on these members. What we have with CAS Review Board are the 12 Committe Members that would review your Case, these members could very well be doctors, CAS themselves, Citizen who applied to Membership, etc...However I am NOT SURE if that is true with these 12 Committee Members, I would be very curious though!!!
What we need is like a Watch dog for CAS, that's where you can make a complaint with also through Ombudsman. Making a complaint and "SUING" a Worker is two entirely different areas.
