I am sure we could all use a lawyer that the government pays for couldn't we? There is a little known manner available to the poor and impoverished person to have the court appoint and the government pay for your lawyer. The Charter of Rights and Freedoms can be a very valuable tool to anyone involved with the money sucking leeches we call family court. If you are a self represented litigant who can not afford counsel please feel free to contact me for more information. I have drafted some very strong and indisputable arguments on this issue and have collected all the case law to support these arguments. The more of us that go into court with these arguments the bigger of a dent we put in the system.

Really? They just pushed me threw court with no lawyer.... I mean the judge knew I had no lawyer and told me if I could not get one by the next court date that the trial would start anyways and it did.. that was not the C.A.S that was a Judge.
So what then???

The charter of rights is only for those with enough money to enforce them. And I don't have the money... most of us don't so we get to fill out a form and thats it...
Some human rights...
The Charter of rights is better suited to be used as ass wipe. For the poor then something that means anything. My life, Deans Life, Jordan's Jeffery's and so many others are the proof.

The only thing the charter of rights does is help you identify how badly your getting screwed over.... Or folding it into a paper plane is pretty cool... O Canada my ass. Should be Oh rich people Please stand on my head true riches are yours Just sell us as fast as you can.. With cold cold hearts you won't see the light. Baby Jordan weighed less then a carton of smokes. Oh rich people glorious and free. Oh rich people won't you just put me outta my misery.

lol.. I should make an application to the Gov to have Canada's national anthem changed to those words...
It would reflect what Canada is today.
Because the words in the original never applied to me.. in fact it was the exact opposite... Maybe the gov could get my sister to sing me that from her grave?

I am sorry Dean. But I have been watching people for years trying to get the law to follow it's own laws or honor that charter of rights. We all have not just family criminal and civil. I have even seen a slimy lawyer for the Government some how twist it so that what should have been never was.. so they could save face.
The law is for those who are to scared to see the truth and want to hide behind a safety blanket. And a control mechanism for those in power. I mean like look around I am not saying anything you didn't already know. I am just saying with the clarity of reality.
Just like we could try to sue them but no Judge would ever let it go threw. The natives had to wait till most of the victims died of old age (Literally) before they got their day in court... even then the Gov investigated it's self and hired a wack of private contractors to doctor and shred documents that should have gone to court.
This Government could not do the right thing even if children's lives depended on it...
Oh wait it does...

Your charter rights are enforceable for very little cost to you. The only thing that you need is information and good arguments. When the issue of a constitutional question is raised you must give both the Attorney General of your province and the AG of Canada notice that you intend to raise a constitutional question at your hearing. The two respective AG offices send representatives to your hearing to ensure the judge respects your rights. My email is attached to my profile and I will try and get back to all interested parties.

The judge in your case is worthy of a judicial complaint for a number of reasons. As the presiding Judicial officer he is supposed to be legally bound to raise the constitutional question on your behalf if you have not done so. He/she has a duty to ensure that your charter rights to a fair hearing and security of the person are not violated. Quite obviously you being unable to afford a lawyer and not having representation infringes on your charter rights. You just need to be taught the arguments and you may find this not only helps you but causes a wealth of headache for the corrupt powers that be in our courts.
