-------I had a school chum of my childs come over to play, during the course of his visit the child informed me we are poor. He told me I have a nice apt but I'm still poor. I don't have a car like his parents, I don't go to Europe like his parents and I'm a very nice person even though I'm poor. This child has learned this from someone because most kids under 10 do not speak this way. I've also not been called poor so many times in 2 hours. The real funny thing thing. I pay market rent his parents live in subsidized housing.------
If you want subsidized housing it's about who you know not how poor you are. Stupid Government....

I'm going more with TD's read on the incident, self esteem issues from parents passed on to kids. The 16 year old sister speaks the same way. This is learned behaviour and these kids will grow up to be intolerant of anyone not like them. Guess I don't know the right people no subsidized housing for me. To bad.

I know what you mean. C.A.S said if you have a place for a child then you can have him... I goto public housing and they tell me that if I have my child I am next in line... if I don't I am last inline....
We are being set up right from the get go..... and the Government knows it....
Public accountability? .....Lets see I am the public I try to hold them accountable they throw me in jail and shut down my site.
Interesting next thing you know they will be telling us that it's good when children die in care....
Sad thing is... over 70% of us will believe it with out question.. most likly becuase they don't care enough to question it...
Poor kids......

It's sad that the Government and the upper-class think is all poor kids deserve is care... When with about $20 million over 5 years and a open minded way of thinking about it, it could all change... The upper-class just like it like this.. just like they don't care if your paying 80% of someones pay for rent......
Oh wait.. this seems to be the same group of people... property owners, Government...... wait a sec.. are these not all the same people...
And then they create a end homelessness "Organization" that when the homeless try to speak out..... they are insulted and it's excepted?..... Ask Jane Scarf what I mean....
But in reality it is them who is punishing us for what they built and let get out of control with their cuts to the public and raises for themselves...

The more and more you connect the dots... the scarier the big picture looks.... and maybe accept for a second that the people in power are not so good people it all is inter-connected.....
Cause and effect.....

What I think turns me off of politics is that each party has had so many non-confidence votes on each other.... over the years... that people would still allow these non-competent people to put on a new puppet and try to woo the audience, while they screw you three ways from Sunday and use your own fears against you... And then these people make social policies... I have no confidence no matter whose ass you stuff your hand... It's not some coincidence things have gotten worse.... and not better no matter who we have voted...
Maybe I should put a $10 bill on a string and a fishing rod and see how many people I can get to run into a wall chasing it... I bet I could even put big white letters across it that says "Do not chase me"
((((Gets an idea))))
Man are Canadians gulable and naive..... Or is it that they are just hiding from the truth like so many cowards do?

I like your sticker idea, "victim and doesn't know it". So many could wear it but I think they also wouldn't get it. Guess thats why I found it funny.
