?-someone who compiles a "information" that the writer knows is false, with the intent to submit it to the court as evidence with the purpose to mislead justice,is this not "fabrication of evidence" in accordance with section "137. c.c.c." ?
?-someone who goes before a "comminsioner" and swears in a affidavit,knowing that this affidavit is not only false,but is intended to be used to mislead the court in a judicial proceeding, is that not "perjury" in accordance with section "131.(1)c.c.c."?... as well as obstrution "139.(1)
?- and any solicitor or representative who porports this false/perjured affidavit before a "conviening" judicial hearing, are they not "subording perjury" in accordance with section" c.c.c." as well as "obstruction of justice" in accordance with section "139.(1) c.c.c." as well as criminaly culpable for any crimes derived from these former mentioned criminal acts-?
