I just want to let people know that I think I have lost my son Brandon forever..I had a meeting today with my lawyer, 2 CAS lawyers, CAS workers, Brandon's lawyer..My lawyer says I won't win again, that's it. CAS wants to stop access My lawyer says CAS can just go ahead with it, without my signing any papers..this is nuts...Why fight, if you can't fight?....I spoke up to CAS and their snarkiness...I just don't know what to do anymore..My son is not doing well, they say, but my friend saw my son at Wal- Mart a few days ago and she says he seemed fine...I want to bring the CAS down....They have harmed me and my son, no matter what their psychologist says...We need to bring this agency down...I am working on it...It is my mission. I am not a bad person, but I do not like CAS...Something needs to be done about CAS. I wrote a letter of complaint to Opposition leader John Tory about my horrid CAS experience and I brought an advocate from the Peterborough Coaliton Against Poverty with me. Two have come with me and CAS seemed annoyed with it..lol..I am worried about my son...Why is the government interfering with children and families? I also had a talk a few weeks ago with the Ontario Ombudsman....She seemed very empathetic to my situation. We need to stand up and do something..CAS is not a good organization...I have been dealing with KHCAS for almost 6 years, I have first-hand experience..

Keep fighting. They are going to be brought down, trust me. I'm in the same boat as you. One thing that I would recommend doing is filing a motion in court to retrieve all of CAS' files on you and your son. You will likely find corruption within their on files. I know I did, which is the only reason that things started to get any better for my children. If your lawyer won't file the motion for you, do it yourself. Post a thread at Canada Court Watch as well, asking for help in filing the motion, if you need it. www.freeforum101.com/canadacourtwatc/Good luck, and in the words of Bono, "Don't let the bastards grind you down."
