i read that there was a proposed bill called s-12, but did not pass, from 1996, that would stop c.a.s. dead in their tracks!

The proposed bill s-12 would have brought justice for many of us. "An act to ammend the criminal code(abuse of process)" In it it states that all documents filed or used in proceedings must be true, and if they are not , the person/s or organizations that use them would be held responsible and that this would be an indictable offense. Low and behold , this bill was never passed. It was proposed in 97-98. I researched it and almost fell off my chair when I read what was proposed. I knew it was too good to be true.

Almost fell off your chair? damn, you must have better balancing skills than i do! but thats the ticket!(i mean bill) i wonder if old bills "S-12" can be re-introduced to the house if there is enough evidence to show that there is probable cause?? (SHOW CAUSE HEARING?, AS IN POEPLE HAVE TO SHOW "EVIDENCE")
