Posted by Visitzkidz on CCWI heard this on my local news and couldn't believe it. Another apprehensions, only this time with cops and a taser? Surely even if she hadn't been pregnant, there could have been the least amoutn of frce. I wouldn't want my kids apprehended until I had a good argument and fight, but stiil this leaves me astounded. (Shocked would be a bad pun.) From Fox News and WHOI News The FBI and local police on Thursday were investigating video footage of an Ohio police officer Tasering a pregnant woman, WHIO-TV reports. Surveillance footage shows a woman who came to the Trotwood, Ohio, police station on Nov. 18 to give up custody of her 1-year-old son. While the officer was speaking with the woman, she reportedly became agitated and refused to give him any information. Click here for the full story and a video report from WHIO-TV: www.whiotv.com/news/14719706/detail.html?rss=day&psp=news A video taken from inside the police station shows the woman trying to leave with the child. When the officer grabbed her by the coat, the woman struggled with the officer and he Tasered her in the neck. The officer claimed the woman did not tell him she was pregnant and was wearing a large overcoat at the time, WHIO reported. As of Thursday morning the officer still was on duty. What next? Will they do that here, to? Maybe the police should have their little toy taken away if they can't use it without discretion. Viz

This can be interpreted 100 different ways. My opinion is they did what they needed to do, to protect the young child. Although some might think they should of whiped her pants down and checked to see if she was pregnant before tasering her. GMAB
