this a cut and paste from this site. From what I understand there are situations that are very traumatizing to parents such as SID'S the parents have to deal with the emotions that go along with this. Dr's and hospital staff inform the CAS before there is a confirmation and they co after the parents other children immediately. now not only are they dealing with the death of the infant now the are being branded as bad parents. and have to jump through hoops to get there children back. how can they justify this with out a medical examiner
NCADRC... We are a non-profit organization dedicated to educating professionals as well as victims of false allegations of child abuse on the factual, scientific data regarding child abuse allegations. To that end, we host one of the largest conferences on the topic of false allegations of child abuse every 12 to 18 months.
For the falsely accused, we can refer leading professionals from the legal, mental health, and medical fields skilled in combating false allegations. Additionally, we can provide suggested reading materials to help the accused understand and better manage the legal as well as emotional ordeal in which they are thrown when false accusations are made.
For the defense team, we can provide relevant research, expert referrals, and other resources necessary to be successful at trial. Additionally, we provide CLE training on the topic of defending false accusations of child abuse.
For those who investigate, substantiate and prosecute claims of child abuse, we can provide resources to aid in objective assessment and conclusions that will allow them to more effectively distinguish genuine abuse victims from children that intentionally or mistakenly make or are coerced to make false allegations of child abuse.
With over fifteen years of experience collecting information and reviewing cases involving persons who maintain that they are targets of false accusations of child abuse, we are an essential resource for anyone accused or defending someone accused of child abuse

I was told every parent that looses their children to CAS have to be put on this registry? Is this true, or do they pick and choose....

hmm I think only if abuse has been proven..I will check it out and get back to you, and even if they put someone on the registry the person can get their kids back..3 counts of assualt ..charged convicted..and kids returned after 2yrs..I really want them to explain this considering at the beginning they went after me for not protecting them..makes your head spin
